MANAGER’S NOTE:

The actions to take can be tailored in a fashion that works best for the agent and the community. This is a suggested format. The agent should be encouraged to do more follow up than listed.

Actions to Take MONTHLY

Pick a day each month that you will:

  • Send email updates to return guests for the previous month.
  • Email updates to your Realtor contact list.
  • Send post cards out to customers that visited 8-10 months earlier.
