Sales agents will rely on Option Coordinators and Design Center Assistants to answer questions. Both are great resources. The agent should be careful when introducing additional persons into the process and remember that they should still be the one guiding the conversation and sourcing information that is most relevant to the buyer’s objectives.

It is important to take time to review the option program from time to time. Products and features are often added or discontinued. Consider reviewing the following:
Model Showcase
JD Edwards System
- Current option catalogue for each plan (with pricing)
- Options selected for each lot
Network folder
- Floor plan exhibits
- Virtual design studio
- Spec packages
- Home exterior color logs
Design Center
- Product samples, both standard and upgrades
- Option coordinators and assistants, which when not in an appointment, can answer questions
