WHY QUALIFYING IS IMPORTANT

Qualifying a customer gives you the direction for your presentation. Our communities are designed to have:
  • massive sales centers and model rows
  • many floor plans to choose from
  • a vast option program and hundreds of homesites available
This abundance of options and information is what many customers love about our communities, and is a large contributor to our success, but it can be overwhelming to a new customer initially. It is important that you cut through any overwhelming confusion the buyers experience and show them exactly what they are looking for.  Do this by qualifying and asking questions.
