The key to successful follow up is having a plan. Determine how you want to follow up with the customers you meet. Most importantly, stick to the plan. The best way to create your plan is to schedule time to follow up with customers on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly schedule. Take a more direct approach for customers you feel are more interested.
