Option Program Setup
The option program is setup similarly across the company. Each series of homes in the community will include standard features and upgrades. The customer will have an opportunity to make color selection within the standard grouping or upgrade the standard features as they desire.
Each community has an option catalog detailing the options available and the associated pricing, exhibits for each option, and sample material to review. Our model centers are designed to feature a wide array of showcase we offer, so the customer can view the samples in person. The option catalogs for each plan are in a similar order, giving you the ability to easily search and find items within them.

Model Showcase (web-based platform)
JD Edwards System (JDE – web-based platform)
- Current option catalogue for each plan (with pricing)
- Options selected for each lot.
Network folder (Options folder in the shared drive)
- Floor plan exhibits
- Virtual design studio
- Spec packages
- Home exterior color logs
Design Center
- Product samples, both standard and upgrades
- Option coordinators and assistants, that when not in an appointment, can answer questions
